Refund policy

At VDEAL, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

• Cancellations: Requests are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, if the order has not yet been shipped.

• Returns: Customers may request a return within 2 days of delivery in case the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
  After 2 days, the return button will not be available.

• Refunds: Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
